The Binic-Étables-sur-Mer Tourist Office undertakes to :

- Provide you with an easily accessible reception and information area.
- Provide you with furniture to sit on.
- Display and publicise its opening times in at least two foreign languages.
- Be open at least 305 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays during tourist or event periods.
- Display emergency telephone numbers on the outside.
- Provide a permanent reception service staffed by tourist advisors.
- Provide free information on the local tourist offer.
- Make it easier for you to get around.
- Provide maps and tourist guides in paper and digital format.
- Distribute tourist information in paper and/or digital format, translated into at least two foreign languages:
- All classified tourist accommodation.
- Leisure service providers.
- Local residents and tourists.
- To update its tourist information annually, guaranteeing that it is reliable and up-to-date.
- Respond to your letters and emails all year round.
- Offer a tourist information service incorporating new information and communication technologies (social networks, mobile telephony, geolocation, chat, etc.).
- Give you access to its dedicated trilingual website, adapted for consultation via on-board media.
- Offer downloadable tourist information on its website translated into at least 2 foreign languages.
