Meet Jennifer PELLAN
With her zero waste and vegetarian cooking workshops for children, teenagers and adults

"Cooking is also about saving money, looking after your health and reducing the volume of your rubbish bins.

Discover cooking in 3 workshops at the Maison de la Terre, where you can learn the basics and put them into practice at home straight away, using the recipe cards provided. The aim is to enable you to adapt the basic technique to the ingredients you have at home.

Ingredients and recipes will be adapted according to the season, using as many local, economical and easy-to-find products as possible, always with the aim of reducing waste.
