Come and discover five beaches, perfect for spending time with the family! Whether it’s for a winter stroll, beach games, shellfish gathering, a picnic or even a refreshing dip, our beaches will delight young and old alike.
In Binic-Etables-sur-Mer, explore hidden coves, fine sand, a diving board and a seawater swimming pool. There’s bound to be a beach that’ll tick all your boxes for an unforgettable family day out!

Are you looking for a lovely family walk before spending the afternoon at the beach? Explore our signposted walking and cycling routes, suitable for all tastes and abilities!
Walking trails:
· Les Bernains | 4 km
· Les Venelles | 6 km
· The Ponto Valley | 7 km

Note: The 6 and 7 km routes also follow the customs officers’ path, the GR34, which is not suitable for pushchairs.

Cycling or mountain biking:
The Ponto Family Trail: 7 km. Ideal for children aged 9 and over, this mountain bike ride lets you explore our magnificent countryside.
Cycling route: Suitable for children aged 9 and over, this route takes you on a tour of Etables-sur-Mer, with its seaside villas and country manor houses.

Our games and treasure hunts are the perfect way to spend time with family or friends whilst exploring the town in a fun way. Designed to be enjoyed at your own pace, our game kits are available to buy every Wednesday. They’re designed to spark participants’ curiosity and sense of adventure.

Family fun, right by the water’s edge!

An unforgettable family adventure awaits you! Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or looking for a bit of relaxation, our water sports activities – both at sea and on freshwater – are sure to meet your expectations.

For sailing, stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking enthusiasts, the Pôle Nautique Sud Goëlo offers courses suitable for the whole family, from spring through to the autumn half-term. In summer, you can also hire stand-up paddleboards and kayaks directly at Moulin Beach, at the Spot Nautique.

Fancy a kayak trip? Guillaume from Guy Kayak and Killian from Kayak Avelvor will be delighted to introduce you to the joys of kayaking, even out of season!

Because these activities are accessible to everyone and offer a unique family experience, a trip out to sea – whether for an hour or longer – will be an unforgettable chance to unwind, creating magical memories for the whole family!

When it’s raining… What to do if the weather’s not so good?

Is it raining during your holiday? Good to know:

The good news is that it rarely rains all day. The tide has a big influence on the weather, so sometimes it’s just a few drops or a proper downpour, but don’t worry – the blue sky often returns just as quickly.

Catch a film at the Cinéma Le Korrigan in Etables-sur-Mer – There’s nothing like a good film to relax, warm and dry.
Delve into the history of Binic-Etables-sur-Mer at the Binic Museum of Maritime and Rural Heritage of Goëlo. A fascinating journey through period sets, furniture and costumes! Discover how sailors set off to fish for cod in Newfoundland and Iceland, from the 15th century onwards.
