Our missions: Welcome, Inform & Promote
Committed to a process of continuous improvement, the Tourist Office of Binic-Étables sur Mer places visitor satisfaction at the heart of everything it does. As a holder of the Qualité Tourisme™ label, we are committed to providing a warm welcome, personalised advice and services tailored to everyone's expectations.
This approach applies to all our activities: relations with visitors, socio-professional partners and internal operations.
Your feedback is valuable to us. We regularly gather your opinions to keep improving our services: online questionnaires, Google reviews, direct feedback at the welcome desk… Every comment contributes to our drive to improve.
The only State mark for the quality of tourist reception — independently and regularly audited.
In our destination, two establishments share this commitment to quality and also hold the Qualité Tourisme™ label.

Trégomeur
Launched in September 2024 to replace the Qualité Tourisme™ mark, the Destination d'Excellence label is awarded by Atout France. The Tourist Office of Binic-Étables sur Mer has committed to this process across the Bay of Saint-Brieuc.
This label assesses tourism operators on two pillars: the quality of reception and services (≥ 85%) and environmental responsibility (≥ 60% for a first certification).
Where do we stand?
The Tourist Office of Binic-Étables sur Mer is aware of its responsibility towards its area, its residents and its environment. We are committed to promoting sustainable tourism and to leading by example in our own practices.
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is an organisation's concrete commitment to the people and areas around it. For us, it is a collective approach, carried by the whole team and structured around four pillars that we bring to life every day.
Reducing our footprint and encouraging tourism that respects the coastline and natural areas.
Taking care of our team to provide the best possible service all year round.
Being an engaged local player, serving residents, professionals and visitors.
Steering our approach with rigour, transparency and a spirit of continuous improvement.
The Tourist Office is committed to inclusive tourism, accessible to everyone whatever their needs or disability. We work to continuously improve the welcome we offer people with disabilities and provide suitable resources and equipment.
