The beach at the outer harbour

In the heart of the town, a stone's throw from the harbour, shops and restaurants, its soft, fine sand will make you want to put down your towel!
And for swimming, even when the sea is far away, you can take advantage of the seawater swimming pool, as well as the paddling pool for the little ones.

Accessed via a "secret" entrance, tucked away behind the Penthièvre jetty, you'll recognise this beach by its pretty multicoloured cabins.

At low tide, young and old alike can go fishing on foot, while the diving board perched on the Rocher David invites enthusiasts to take some memorable dives!

You'll recognise it by its diving board, known as "la Bougie", which is revealed at low tide. Easy to get to, with its large car park, shady spots, rocks and gentle slope accessible to pushchairs, the Moulin beach is particularly suitable for families.
Ideal for first-time beach-goers and gourmet breakers, it's a beach packed with entertainment, with two restaurants right on the sand for a festive, summery atmosphere!

Our advice:
Before swimming, it's important to spray your chest and neck. You need to enter the water gradually to get your body used to the change in temperature. Similarly, it's important not to swim immediately after a meal.
Finally, remember to take some water with you and hydrate regularly.
