Gourmet bistro restaurant located at the borders of Saint-Quay-Portrieuc, Etables-sur-mer and Plourhan. It is set in the former eponymous water mill, inactive since 1940.
Pierre Bonnefont and his team offer a seasonal and local cuisine within this lush green environment. The fruits and vegetables are grown in a field across the road and the seafood fished locally. Great wine selection. Cosy decor made of second-hand furniture.
